Vinification:The double Guyot growing, is a traditional method that promotes air circulation and optimal sunlight exposure for even ripening.
Mechanical harvest and 100% destemmed grapes. Traditional winemaking in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks. Skin maceration for 10-15 days with pumping over and punching.Second malolactic fermentation to refine the tannins and extract most of the fruit.
Tasting:Fruit-forward, medium-bodied wine with moderate tannins, balanced acidity, and a smooth finish, making it an approachable and versatile choice.
Great work has been done on the Merlot to obtain a maximum of fruit flavors and also roundness in the mouth. As a result, the wine is intense, perfect for Merlot-loving connoisseurs. Intense red color with garnet reflections. Aromas black fruits with notes of slightly roasted vanilla. Ample and generous with a lingering note of red berries. The flavor is rich with a balance between tannin, acidity, and sweetness, the merlot thinner skin gives the wine more softness and elegance.
